We not only sell grooming supplies, we use them too. We have been in the boarding
and grooming business since 1975. We test almost all the products we sell, so if you
have a question about a particular item there is probably someone available to tell you
what he or she thinks of it.
We like to visit each customer once every month to make deliveries, answer questions in
person or demonstrate new products. Visits are scheduled for the same day each month
so you know when we are coming. We have delivery routes established in southeastern
Michigan, Lansing, Jackson, Ann Arbor and northern Ohio.
Your sales representative will be Kim Palonen or Mark Jessup. Kim groomed for 15
years before going into sales and Mark has owned operated a kennel and grooming
business for 30 years. They both are well acquainted with the business and
knowledgeable about the products, new and old. So, if you see something in a catalog
but don't want to pay to see if it works or not, ask them about it!
We would prefer to arrange monthly deliveries in order to save shipping charges but we
will also ship UPS. UPS delivery is usually 24-hour service in your area. We will pay 1/2
the freight cost on orders over $250 and all the freight cost on orders over $500. This
excludes oversize items, F.O.B. items and drop ship orders.
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
